In the ELIAS Analytics app it is possible to use filters to identify a collection of assets dependent on when they were created or edited. All assets in ELIAS have the date they were originally created in ELIAS and the date they were last edited in ELIAS in the asset meta data.
How to find assets by last edited date
- Login to the Analytics app
- On any dashboard or asset listing page use the filter “Lifecycle & Date | Last Edit Date” to apply a date range
- This will find assets that have been created or edited within this range i.e. if an asset has been created within the date range and not edited outside of the date range it will be included. Edit overrides created in this case.
- You can then browse the asset collection or export using the exports, charts, details page and listings within the Analytics app
- If you want to change the date range simply remove the filter tag from the filter box and apply a new date range.
