The ELIAS application has an administration section that allows users with the appropriate permissions to manage their estates User and Account details, the location hierarchy and data importing.
Once a Supplier user, with administration permissions, has successfully logged in to ELIAS they are presented with the Analytics home page. To access the Administration Portal home page the user needs to use the App switcher and select the Administration option.

How to add a New user.
To add a new user to an account within your estate you’ll need to access the User Management option from the side bar. Clicking this option will display the User Management home panel.

This Panel will initially display all user records that have been created within your estate., the data viewed can then be both filtered and sorted to suit.
To add a new user select the Add User button.

Steps – how to add the user
Each of the fields in the add user draw has a help icon that when hovered shows a help tip.
Surveyors;
- Role Type – User
- Role – AV
- Account access – the client account (preset for some permission levels)
- Locations – any location selected will be the only location the user can access (leave blank for all)
Analytics users;
- Role Type – User
- Role – Analyst
- Account access – the client account (preset for some permission levels)
- Locations – any location selected will be the only location the user can access (leave blank for all)
After completing the personal details including the telephone number, please add if you have as this will be used by support to contact the surveyor.
